Ski Dubai imitates a snow-laden hill station that features an 85-meter-high indoor mountain with slopes, a full-fledged snow park, ski school, snow penguins, winter-themed cafes, and a bunch of polar activities. One of the best things to do in Ski Dubai is to hit the slopes and ski. Depending on your skills, you can choose from 5 different runs that have varying length and difficulty. The Snow Classic ticket gives you basic access to all areas of the Snow Park. The Snow Bullet will let you reach new heights of 16 meters above slopes, along with adrenaline-pumping 150 meters long Zip Line. Important Information :
- Guests are required to carry original Passport ID which needs to be produced at the Entrance.
- Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
- The operator may deny entry to children travelling alone for safety concern, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
- Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the Tickets downloaded from our Website which also needs to be presented at the Entrance to gain the entry.
- Sharing transfers is available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
- Transfer option is made available for this activity if you select the With Transfer option at the time of your Booking the Tickets will be delivered to you at the time of your Pick up.
- The minimum skill requirement for use of the recreational slope is | stopping safely | Speed control | Linked turns | Ability to use the lifts.

- This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
- The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Special Note:
- Ski Dubai Operational Hours Starting from 14th April 2021 (2nd of Ramadan) till 15th May2021 (or end of Ramadan) will be from Sunday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 01:00 AM .
- In case the Park during Eid holidays is full with guests as they have capacity limitations, guest could come on next day. Also they do the same if park would full.
- Chairlift will be closed on Following dates: 25th, 26th & 27th April 2021.

Cancellation Policy
- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Children below 2 years of age are not allowed for this activity
- Children from 2 to 12 years will be considered as Child
- Children above 12 years will be charged Adult Rates
