• The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
• Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• Sharing transfers is available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• Transfer options are made available for this activity if you select the With Transfer option at the time of your Booking.
• Disabled Guests must enter the theme park on a full priced day ticket & need to provide proof of disability, one helper can gain entry to the theme park for free with them.
• This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
• We have started a free shuttling service from the Dubai Hotels to IMG from the areas listed in the given link Shuttle Service
• The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• Sunday to Wednesday : 12:00 PM – 08:00 PM
• Thursday to Saturday   : 12:00PM  – 09:00 PM.

Special Note : In case the Park during Eid holidays is full with guests as they have capacity limitations, guest could come on next day. Also they do the same if park would full.
