Important Information :

• • • Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the Tickets downloaded from our Website which also needs to be presented at the Entrance to gain the entry.
    • Transfer options are made available for this activity if you select the With Transfer option at the time of your Booking.
    • The Pick up will be arranged from your Abu Dhabi Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
    • The IMG World of Adventures timings from Sundays to Wednesdays are 11 am to 9 pm and from Thursdays to Saturdays are 11 am to 10 pm
    • Disabled Guests must enter the theme park on a full priced day ticket & need to provide proof of disability, one helper can gain entry to the theme park for free with them.

Booking Policy :

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years and under 1.05 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children above 6 years & Between 1.05 meters and 1.2 meters will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above height 1.2 meters will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
