Important Information : 

• • • Kindly carry a Photo ID with you as they need to be produced at the entrance.
    • Entry Ticket is valid for single entry to the Park.
    • The pick-up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
    • Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
    • Transfer options will be arranged for this activity if you select the With Transfer option at the time of your Booking.
    • Outside Food, Drinks and Smoking not permitted.
    • Animals or pets are not permitted inside the park.
    • You’re not allowed to carry any toys, scooties, bicycles into the park.
    • Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Dubai Garden Glow.
    • Non-smoking zones at Dubai Garden Glow to be strictly followed.
    • Respectful attire must be worn at all times and Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to refuse admittance to Guests with unacceptable attire.
    • Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings, to temporarily close shows, attractions for the purposes of safety, maintenance without prior notice or any compensation.
    • Dubai Garden Glow is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property.
    • This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.

Saturday to Thursday – 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Friday – 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Special Note:

• • In case the Park during Eid holidays is full with guests as they have capacity limitations, guest could come on next day. Also they do the same if park would full.

Booking Policy :

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years & below 1.2 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children above age 3 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
