    • You are required to reach direct at the location.
    • You are required to report at the location atleast 30 minutes before the departure time.
    • Any special requirements apart from the Inclusions will be processed with an additional charge.

    • During the month of ramadan or dry days no live entertainment & alcohol will be served as per the government guidelines.

Special Note: This is to inform you that we will be observing Dry day from 10th March, 2021 (Wednesday) until 11th March, 2021 (Thursday) at 6:30 PM, on the occasion of Al Isra Al Miraj and we will not be having any entertainment activities & alcohol serving at our dhow cruise.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 96 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If cancellation made within 24 to 96 hours to your Tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 2 to 6 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 6 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
