Important Information :
    • UAE Laws do not permit VoIP services – so only Whatsapp, Viber, etc. chat is available – video calling facilities are currently not allowed.
    • Only limited shops can sell SIM cards to tourists outside of the Airport. So, customers are recommended to buy/ collect your SIM card from Airport.
    • The speed of your connection will depend on your reception
    • You can top-up additional credits to your SIM.
    • Only 1 SIM per person is allowed. If you are booking multiple SIM cards, each person needs to be present for collection.
    • Only individuals above 18 years of age are eligible to book this product.
Booking Policy :
Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
Children under 18 years will be considered as child and not eligible to book this product
Children above 18 years will be considered as an adult and eligible to book this product.
